Wais Heart

“Wais” in Tagalog means wise, clever, or resourceful — something I strive to become. In March 2025, I went through the most painful experience of my life—a breakup that shattered the future I thought I was building. Wais Heart is my space to pick up the pieces. One post at a time, I will share what it's been like to reconstruct my identity, find internal fulfillment, and begin the long journey of healing from the inside out. It’s raw, personal, and sometimes messy. But through it all, I’m learning to prioritize myself, to feel whole without needing someone else to complete me—and to find fulfillment not in fantasy, but in everyday growth.
